Shipping Policy

At Skate Paradise, we strive to provide a seamless shipping experience for our customers. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping policy:

Free Shipping to the Lower 48 USA

We offer FREE shipping on all orders to the lower 48 contiguous states of the USA. Your order will be delivered via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most affordable available provider. Please note that the carrier will deliver your order curbside and will not bring it inside your home, garage, or other locations. Kindly arrange assistance if needed.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed on the same business day.

  • Processing time: 2-4 business days

  • Shipping time: 4-12 business days

Shipping Time and Tracking

  • Tracking Numbers: You will receive your tracking number(s) via email within 2-4 business days after placing your order.

  • Shipping Duration: Once processed, your order will typically arrive within 4-12 business days.

LTL Shipments

For large and heavy items such as electric skateboards or bulk orders exceeding 155 pounds, we ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment, and someone must be present to sign for the shipment upon delivery.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Immediate Action: If the box has visible damage upon delivery, take clear photos, refuse the package, and note the damages with the delivery driver on the Bill of Lading or Freight Bill.

  2. 24-Hour Reporting: Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@skateparadise.com with the issue and attached photos.

  3. Failure to Report: If damages are not reported within 24 hours, we may not be able to process a claim.

Return Policy

All products must be returned in their original condition, never installed or used, and include:

  • Original packaging

  • Manufacturer’s containers

  • Documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories

Refunds will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Zones

  • Exclusions: Free shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous states.

  • No shipping to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other US territories.

  • No international shipping, including to Canada.

  • Returns for shipments outside our shipping zone will not be honored.
