Cancellation of Orders
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been processed for shipment. However, once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation of Held Orders
If you cancel a held order (an order with backordered items) before the item is restocked and shipped, a 5% cancellation fee will be applied. This fee covers administrative and processing costs.
Cancellation of Shipped Orders
If you cancel an order after it has already been shipped, a 30% restocking fee will apply. This fee accounts for restocking and administrative costs incurred in processing the return.
Payment Refunds
Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible. Provide your order number and reason for cancellation to expedite the process.
Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy
