General Rules

  • Restocking Fee: A minimum 30% restocking fee applies to returns, including canceled or refused orders after shipment, as well as returns due to incorrect shipment information.

  • Eligibility Criteria: Returns are only accepted for unused, uninstalled products in their original packaging (box and pallet). If the original packaging is missing, the return will not be eligible.

  • Non-Eligible Products:

    • Modified or used products

    • Items not in resalable condition

    • Products without an Order Number or original packaging

    • Accessories such as grip tapes, wheels, bearings, and tools are non-returnable

  • Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged order, take clear photos of the damaged box upon delivery. Damages must be reported within 24 hours for prompt resolution.

Exchange Policy

  • Reporting Exchanges: Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Restocking Fee: A minimum 30% restocking fee applies to all exchanges.

  • Eligibility Criteria: Only unused, uninstalled products in their original packaging qualify for an exchange.

  • Exchange Process:

    1. Return the original product.

    2. Our warehouse team will inspect the item.

    3. Once approved, a refund will be processed.

    4. You can place a new order for your desired exchange item.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued after the warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return or exchange.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method and may take up to 72 hours to reflect on your statement.

  8. Ship the Item: Send the return to the address provided by our Customer Experience team. Return shipping costs may apply.

  9. Provide Tracking Information: Share tracking details with us so we can monitor your return shipment.

  10. Processing the Return: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange per our policy.
