Order Hold Option
If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, you can choose to hold your order until the item is back in stock. This ensures that you secure the item at the current price, and it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.
Payment Capture for Held Orders
If you choose to hold your order, we will capture payment at the time of purchase. Our payment processor requires us to do this within a few days to secure the item for you.
Cancellation of Held Orders

You may cancel a held order before the item is restocked and shipped without any cancellation fees.

However, if you cancel a held order before it is restocked and shipped, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged to cover administrative and processing costs.
Cancellation of Shipped Backorders
Once a backordered item is restocked and shipped, the standard 30% restocking fee will apply if you choose to cancel the order.
